1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ji55 website, downloading the ji55 application, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all players using the ji55 platform from the Philippines. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform or create an account. Continued use of the ji55 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ji55 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration and KYC

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji55 username and password. ji55 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ji55 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ji55 recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification and using a unique, strong password for your account.

• Never share your login credentials with another person.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.

ji55 uses SSL encryption across the platform. However, no system is completely immune to security threats. Players are encouraged to monitor their accounts regularly for any unfamiliar transactions.

5 Deposits

All deposits at ji55 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. The specific payment channels available to you are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

ji55 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as gaming deposit methods. Deposits from payment methods not registered under your name may be rejected and returned.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ji55 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet processing times.
• Deposits made to ji55 are intended exclusively for gaming purposes on the platform.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment method registered on your ji55 account. Before processing a withdrawal, ji55 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets in the name of the registered ji55 account holder.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take time to process depending on the selected payment method and verification status.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• ji55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

ji55 offers multiple gaming categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo. Each category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

General gameplay conditions that apply across all sections include:

• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Live casino results are determined by the live dealer or the physical equipment used during the session (cards, roulette wheel, etc.).
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted by the system.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money balances.
• ji55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account action.
• Only one active bonus may apply to your account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

Where no specific promotion is currently published, ji55 does not make representations about bonus values, percentages, or conditions. Promotional details are only binding when formally published on the platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji55 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one ji55 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or any automated system.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion measures.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy in a manner intended to bypass geographic or account restrictions.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Closure

ji55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of a duplicate or linked account.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is identified, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing.

12 Privacy and Data

14 Amendments to These Terms
